Velveteen coaching is where this pattern stops. Let's get your energy back and manage overwhelm by resetting expectations to be real.
Together we'll unhook from hustle culture and build a self-respecting, human way of showing up for yourself and others by leading within your limits.
This is not a space for quick fixes, or productivity hacks. This is a deep reset; I’m trained to get in the weeds with you and provide a structured space where we can explore the imperfections that make you human, not broken - to re-engage that prefrontal cortex of yours and get you out of autopilot and survival mode.
While I complete my diploma in Transformative Coaching with Animas, I’m offering three 1:1 sessions for the price of a coffee ☕ each - a low-stakes way to explore whether this kind of work is for you.
If that resonates, let’s talk. You don’t have to keep holding it all together alone

Hi, I'm Austin. For almost a decade I've helped individuals and teams in the tech industry achieve their goals by slowing down, reflecting, building healthier relationships and honouring their capacity.
Now I'm focusing these skills on an influential group of society - parents and leaders - people at the heart of our homes and workplaces, who carry a quiet, constant pressure to hold everything together - who often push beyond their limits, mistaking it for resilience.
Because if we look after our role models, we look after everyone.
I'm a parent myself far from family support and have also led teams in times of uncertainty and rapid change. I know how stressful it can be. I know what it means to ignore your thoughts and feelings and just keep going - because that's just what you have to do to get ahead. But the only race you're winning is the one to the bottom.

Published in 1921, The Velveteen Rabbit is a children’s classic I’ve read countless times to my kids.
It’s a transformative story about a stuffed toy who feels forgotten and inadequate beside sleek, mechanical toys that pretend to be real.
Over time, the rabbit learns that actually becoming real has nothing to do with pretending to be something you're not, but rather it comes from courage to be who you are.
Over a century later, this story feels more relevant than ever in a society that rewards relentless efficiency, speed, and polished appearances, and where being human can feel inefficient and damning.
